Notes: What's This?
The decline of females in August 2004 from the 2001 translocation demonstrated a need for this supplementation of 18 robins from the same Waimarino pine forest. The capture and transfer date are not known. Rat numbers were reduced to avoid this factor again. These females and males also gave more genetic variety to the population at Bush Park Reserve. The birds paired and produced at least 10 juveniles and wre back on nests by he 22 of November.
