50 robins were captured and housed on March 10th or March 11th and then transferred off the island on the 12th to Windy Hill sanctuary. Of the 50 birds,30 were males and 20 were females, of which 31 were adults and 19 were juveniles. The 25 birds for Glenfern Sanctuary were collected on March 13th and transferred. 19 were released the same day in the Kotuku Scenic Reserve in Glenfern. 5 sex specific birds were released in relation to existing site specific birds (3 males and 2 females). On the 14th of Math, one more female was released on the northern side of the sanctuary.
