MARKED W: geolocaters, which measure & record light which is translated into position info to create a map showing where bird has been. The catch is that birds need to be recaptured to access the data. 43 birds had these. Also had paint on chests. RELEASE SITE: 69 released in Carden and 25 in Dyer's bay. SURVIVAL: birds have low 1st year survival in wild (5%) so they have to release lots and lots of birds.
