Upon arrival, birds were placed in outdoor release aviary to recover, feed, and get accustomed to the release site. Birds were kept overnight before being released. The exact dates are not known, but did take place in July 2007, so the "1st" is arbitrary. There was 0% immediate post-release mortality. there were 6 breeding territories. 80% of the birds participated in breeding activities in the 2007-2008 breeding season (20 including 8 females).
