Birds were soft released after 4-5 days in aviary at release site.DEVELOPMENTAL STAGE: 3 adults, 12 juveniles. CAPTURE DATE: differs for groups of birds, but all were released on the same day: 1 on May 8th, 7 on May 9th, 3 on May 10th, 4 on May 11th. POSTRELEASE MONITORING: 7 birds were "lost" and survival could not be determined. 3 were known to be alive a year after transfer in Feb 2006. 5 birds died – 3 euthanized for aspergillosis, and 2 were killed by a cat.
