Notes: |
Chicks departed the colony on Motuora Island from 28 November through 5 December. The first blockades were removed the 27 of November and that is the released date on the ARTD, even if other chicks did not leave until the 5 of December when their blockades were removed and they could fledge. the 5 birds that died in transit died of dehydration. Birds do not return to natal side until 2-3 years later for breeding, so monitoring has not yet been released.
